NEWTON GROVE -- Hubert Allen Pate Sr., 86, 961 Oak Grove Church Road, died Tuesday. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Cletha Pate.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Rose Pate and two stepchildren.
Funeral will be 7 p.m. tonight at Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Newton Grove with visitation following in the church fellowship hall. The Rev. Roger Hill will officiate.
Flowers are welcome, but memorials may be made to Oak Grove F.W. Baptist Church, c/o Neil Butler, 326 Rosin Hill Road, Newton Grove, N.C. 28366.
