ADRIAN G. HOWELL

EUREKA - Adrian Gray Howell, 63, died Thursday.
Mr. Howell was a former member of the Eureka Volunteer Fire Department and had served on the Eureka Town Council. He had served in the Army Reserves and was a member of the Eureka United Methodist Church. He and his wife, Linda, loved their sons and grandchildren and put them first in everything they did.
He was preceded in death by his parents, P.R. "Zeke" and Edna Gray Howell and a son, Adrian Scott Howell.
Funeral will be Monday at 3 p.m. at Eureka United Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. Ed Drew and Dr. De Wayne Eakes. Interment will be in Eureka Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Sauls Howell; sons, Jeff Howell and wife, Nancy, Stevie Howell and wife, Garianne, and Brandon Howell and wife, Jennifer, all of Eureka; grandchildren, Scott, Adrienne, Nathan, Braden and Logan Howell, Amber Lancaster, Gray and Toby Howell; brothers, Gerald Howell and wife, Deborah, and Jimmy Howell and wife, Jeanette, all of Goldsboro; sister, Betty Daw and husband, David, of Goldsboro.
The family will be at the Eureka United Methodist Church on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m.
