CHICAGO, Ill. -- Samuel A. Campbell, a Vietnam veteran died Monday at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Ill.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held at Herdegen-Brieske Funeral Home in Chicago, Ill., on Wednesday from 3 to 9 p.m. with services at 7 p.m.
He was the dear brother of Teresa Deaver and her deceased husband, Henry, and Debra Spatafora and husband, Ron; he was also the fond uncle of many nieces and nephews and friend to many; and a special friend, Walter Koman.
