Gloria Jean Ward Bryant, 61, formerly of 1300 E. Elm St., Apt. B, died Saturday at the Brian Center of Goldsboro.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, at noon from the Pentecostal Holy Church, 600 E. Pine St., Goldsboro, N.C., with Minister Barbara G. Holloway, eulogist. Also, a viewing will be conducted, Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007, at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 423 S. James St., from 1 to 6 p.m. Interment will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, Goldsboro, N.C.
At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence of Mable Artis, 917A Carver Drive, Goldsboro, N.C.
She leaves to cherish memories her mother, Mable L. Artis of Goldsboro; two sons, Roderick L. Ward of the home and Michael L. Bryant and wife, Nina, of Dalhart, Texas; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother; eight sisters; and a host of other relatives and friends.
