WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Perry Best Jr., 58, formerly of Goldsboro, died Tuesday in Washington, D.C.
Four children survive.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. David Hill officiating. Burial will be in the Becton Family Cemetery, Turkey. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
