Onterio Quadray Summers, 33, of 1219 N. John St., Goldsboro, N.C., died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He was the son of Bobby Lee and Beverly Summers and Margaret Bryant.
He was the proud father of one daughter, Terrianna Summers; and three sons, Kordarryl Cobb, Jamario Philyaw and Horace Floyd.
Other survivors include two grandmothers, Ruth Virginia Summers and Lillie M. Sutton; a special friend, Wanda Truzy; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Saint Mark Church of Christ in Goldsboro, with the Bishop Allan Smith officiating. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday at Lightner Memorial Funeral Home with the family being present from 7 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at all other times at the home of his parents, 121 Beston Drive, LaGrange, N.C.
