Funeral services for Edward "Tone" Earl Parks, 68, of 811B N. Center St., who died Sunday at his home will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel of Goldsboro with the Rev. Larry Honeyblue officiating. Interment will be in the Old Mill Cemetery.
He was the son of the late J.D. Wooten and Roberta Parks.
Five children survive.
Viewing will be 4-7 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family will be receiving friends at the home of his son, Tony Barnes, 764 Buck Swamp Road.
