PIKEVILLE -- Helen Barbara Weems died Tuesday at Britthaven of Smithfield. The Nassau, Bahamas, native was the daughter of the late Simon and Minerva Johnson.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Lightner Memorial Funeral Home in Goldsboro with the Bishop Donald E. Dixon officiating and Mr. Carl Weems giving the eulogy. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
