AILEEN SULLIVAN GINN

PIKEVILLE -- Aileen Sullivan Ginn, 90, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday at Britthaven Nursing Home in Wilson.

Aileen was born in Wayne County to the late Henry Gilbert Sullivan and Mary Ward Sullivan. She was married to the late General Jasper Ginn. Aileen had a great love for her family and devoted her life to them as a homemaker. She was a faithful member of Patetown Church of God.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Patetown Church of God with the Rev. Allen Stocks officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

Aileen is survived by her son, Henry Shelton Ginn and wife, Amy, of Pikeville; her daughters, Lena Ginn of Pikeville, Lindora Howell and husband, Ralph, of Patetown, Sandra Parks and husband, Bill, of Patetown and Jackie Smith and husband, Harmon, of Patetown; her brother, Cedric Sullivan of Goldsboro; her sister, Edna Howell Orton of Patetown; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gilbert Sullivan and her sister, Doris Person.

Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to Patetown Church of God, 223 Church of God Road, Goldsboro, N.C. 27534.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at her home, 560 Forehand Road, Pikeville.
