KENANSVILLE -- Franklin D. "Frank" Watkins, 61, died Thursday at Duplin General Hospital. He was born in Duplin County to the late Luther and Mary Watkins.
One child survives.
Graveside will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bethlehem Church Cemetery in Turkey. Memorial service will be 5:30 p.m. at Kenansville Court-house.
Community Funeral Home of Warsaw is in charge of arrangements.
