GARNER -- Terry Lynn McCoy, 50, died Sunday at Aversboro Assisted Living in Garner. Born in Washington, D.C,, she was the daughter of Lucille McCoy of Dudley and the late Vernon E. McCoy.
She previously attended Providence United Methodist Church.
Family members will greet friends Friday at 11 a.m. at Providence United Methodist Church with a graveside funeral service to follow in the church cemetery officiated by the Rev. Vernon W. Brown.
In addition to her mother, Terry is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Timothy and Rhonda McCoy of Fayetteville, N.C.; a niece, Stephanie McCoy of LaGrange, N.C.; and a special friend, Donald Jeffries of Raleigh, N.C.
