PIKEVILLE -- Alaska Ray Stanley, 58, 323 Lancaster Road, died Wednesday at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville. He was born in Duplin County to Elnora Stanley of Pink Hill and the late Benjamin Stanley.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Susie Stanley; and four children.
Memorial service will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.
