OXFORD -- John David Cottrell Sr., 80, resident of Evarts, Ky., died Tuesday at his home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Cottrell and parents, Willie and Mary Alice Cottrell.
Two children survive.
Visitation will be 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Gentry-Newell and Vaughn Funeral Home in Oxford. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Meadow View Cemetery in Oxford.
