Ann Laws Littleton, 66, of 150 Falling Creek Church Road, died Thursday evening at her home surrounded by her family and friends.

Ann was born in Lenoir County and was raised in Wayne County. She was the daughter of the late Luby Daniel Laws and Clara Lee Taylor Laws. She and her husband, David owned and operated Littleton Appraisal Service in Goldsboro for 28 years. As a skilled appraiser, she was a member of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and was a licensed real estate broker and a certified real estate appraiser. Ann was also a member of Falling Creek United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Craig Langston officiating. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.

She is survived by her husband, David Littleton; her children, LeeAnne Edmonds and husband, David, of Goldsboro, David Scott Littleton and Matthew P. Littleton of Goldsboro; and her granddaughter, Grace Edmonds. She is also survived by her sister, Janet L. Bryan and husband, Jerry, of Goldsboro; her sister-in-law, Velma Laws of Durham; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her grandson, Aaron Scott Littleton; and her brother, Ennis Laws.

Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to Falling Creek United Methodist Church, 299 Falling Creek Church Road, Goldsboro, N.C. 27530 or to the American Cancer Society, 930-B Wellness Drive, Greenville, N.C. 27834.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 4 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at her home.
