Alton "Coot" Body, 70, 101 Newsome Road, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late Will and Nora Body.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Body and three children.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Mount Zion Seventh Day Adventist Church in Parkstown with the Rev. Donovan Washington officiating. Interment will be in the Old Mill Cemetery. Viewing will be 4-7 p.m. Saturday at Rhodes Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
