DUDLEY -- Joseph Ellis Lee, 80, 773 Genoa Road, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Born in Johnston County, he was the son of the late Blackman and Cora Lee and husband of the late Edna Thompson Lee.
Four children survive.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with the Rev. Tom Dorman officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Friday at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times at the home of his son, Troy Lee, 103 Hope Blvd., Dudley.
