DALLAS, Texas -- Billie P. West, died Sunday. She was born in Louisburg to the late N.C. and Lucy Phillip. She was the wife of the late Herbert J. West.
One child survives.
Memorial will be 3 p.m. today at Highland Park United Methodist Church, Cox Chapel. Graveside will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Pinecrest Cemetery of Warsaw with the Rev. Henry Swanzey officiating.
