BERNADETTE MEDLIN

Bernadette Medlin, 57, of 200 Sasser Drive, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Medlin was born in San Diego, Calif., to Edward Bialy and Mildred Clark Bialy. She was retired from the U.S. Air Force and worked at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 5, 2007, at 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Tom Norris, O.S.F.S.
Mrs. Medlin is survived by her husband of 28 years, Donald Medlin; her sons, Jeffrey Dunham of Myrtle Beach, S.C., David Dunham and wife, Jane, of Andrew AFB, Daniel Dunham and wife, Holly, of Richmond, Va., Shawn Dunham of Roanoke, Va., and Patrick Dunham and fiancée, Kristin, of Roanoke, Va.; seven grandsons, Devan, Brandon, Justin, Dillon, Tristan, Ian and Asher; one granddaughter, Olivia; her brother, Edward Bialy Jr. and wife, Suzy, of Ohio; her sisters, Deborah Crum and husband, Marshall, of Ohio, Mary Jo Watson of Ohio, Mitzi Conaway and husband, Paul, of California and Kitty Huntzinger and husband, David, of Georgia. She is also survived by hundreds of friends who loved her.
Bernadette was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Belinda McCutchen, and her grandson, Christian Dunham.
The family will greet friends Thursday following the service at Seymour Funeral Home.
