Fonnie Smith Gunter, 80, formerly of 409 Gulley St., and Elm Street, died Wednesday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
One child survives.
Graveside service will be noon Tuesday at Elmwood Cemetery in Goldsboro, with the Rev. James Williams officiating. Visitation will be today from 2 to 6 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel of Goldsboro.
