Bobby Ray Denning, 68, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He was born in Wayne County to the late James M. and Cassie Sutton Denning.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive with the Rev. Jimmy Whitfield officiating. Visitation will follow service.
One son survives.
Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory of Golds-boro is serving the family.
