Sherrie Strickland Ballree, 44, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Wayne County to Lois Evans Strickland of Goldsboro and the late William Glenn Strickland. She worked at the George Street Grill.
Graveside services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brothers, William E. Strickland and Donnie E. Strickland; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will greet friends Friday following the graveside service.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
