CHARLES W. TODD

DUDLEY -- Charles Wayne Todd, 70, 140 Hereford Drive, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Born in Columbus County, he was the son of the late L.D. and Eva Faircloth Todd. He was retired from AP Parts. A lifetime member of the American Legion Post 11, he served as Post Adjutant for four years and was active in the American Legion Baseball Program and the American Legion 40-8 for 10 years. He was also a lifetime member of the NRA.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Janice S. Todd; stepsons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Ann Sullivan of Goldsboro, the Rev. Wade and Dominque Sullivan of Dudley, Gary and Denise Sullivan of Beautan-cus and Randy and Lisa Sullivan of Rosewood; daughter, Cathy Pennington of Grantham; sisters, Janice Wilkerson of Fremont and Faye Roberts of Lumberton; grandchildren, Christy, Dan, Wade, Andy, Chad, Kimberly, Kyle and Steve; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Brogden United Methodist Church-Building Fund, 2918 US 117 South, Dudley, NC 28333.
