MIDDLESEX -- Sandra Faye "Sandy" Barber Parker, 61, 10797 N.C. Hwy. 42 E., died Tuesday at her home.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Barber and brothers, Johnny and Ray Barber and Wally and Billy Etters; and a son, Robert Anderson.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Shingleton Funeral Home with the Rev. Pete Norris officiating. Interment will follow in Upper Black Creek Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her mother, Agnes Etters of Aurora; daughters, Terrie Anderson of Lucama and Karen Mullen of Kenly; son, Roger Mullen of Lucama; sisters, Jeanette Woodard of Macclesfield, Sylvia Jones of Wilson and Pam Barber of Rocky Mount; brothers, Wayne and Roger Barber, both of Aurora and Daryl Barber of Wilson; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at 458 Joe Morris Road, Kenly.
