George Thomas Howell, 59, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He was born in Wayne County to the late Robert Clinton and Ruth Horne Howell.
Graveside services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the Howell Family Cemetery with the Rev. Ralph Paynter officiating.
He is survived by two sisters, Annette Mitchell of Goldsboro and Joyce Woerner of Sodus, N.Y.; and a brother, Jack R. Howell of Goldsboro.
