MARTHA L. WILLIFORD

DURHAM -- Martha Lee Williford, 91, 2503 S. Miami Blvd., died Sunday at the Brian Center in Durham. Born in Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Alice R. Webb Lee, wife of the late Charlie Williford and mother of the late Randal and Robert Williford.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
She is survived by a son, Charles Williford of the Grantham Community; daughters, Doris Beasley of Durham, Julia Jones of the Grantham Community and Becky Martin of Goldsboro; brother, Joe Lee of Four Oaks; sisters, Mary Massengill of Four Oaks, Ethel Sorey of Manteo; 20 grandchildren; 24 great- grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Family members will greet friends at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home one hour prior to the funeral service and at other times will be at the home of her daughter, Julia Jones, 2695 Selah Church Road, in the Grantham Community.
