KINSTON -- Albert Linwood Hadnot, 87, formerly of Beulaville, died Friday at Glencare of Kinston. Mr. Hadnot was preceded in death by his wife, Ora Faulkner Hadnot. He was a retired welder and pipefitter with Local Union No. 421.
Graveside memorial services will be held today at 2 p.m. from East Duplin Memorial Gardens in Beulaville.
Mr. Hadnot is survived by four children, Linwood Hadnot and wife, Nell, of Durham; Elizabeth Ann Thigpen and husband, Leon, of Potters Hill; Alice H. Carpenter and husband, Don, of Kinston; and Pauline Hall and husband, Buddy, of Potters Hill; a sister, Vida Maduzia, of Goldsboro; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
