Theresa "Terri" Garrett Major, 52, Somerset Drive, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A private service for the family will be held.
Ms. Major was born in Marion, Ohio to Miladean Bennett Garrett and the late William Garrett. She was employed with Ormond's Furniture and Appliances of Goldsboro as an office manager.
She is survived by her mother, Miladean Garrett of Albia, Ohio; her fiancé, John Kloos of Goldsboro; son, Michael Curtis Major and his wife, Chanda, of Goldsboro; daughter, Angela Archam-bault and her husband, Steve, of Goldsboro; three brothers, Tom, Kelly and Scott Garrett; sister, Dana Shehan; and a granddaughter, Bailee Ar-chambault.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory, Golds-boro.
