TARBORO -- Jose Juarez Cabrera, 29, died Thursday at Heritage Hospital, Tarboro.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Guadalupana Catholic Church. Burial will be held in Guatemala.
Jose was born in Guatemala to Francisco Juarez and Paulina Cabrera.
He is survived by his parents, Francisco Juarez and Paulina Cabrera of Guatemala; one daughter, Berta Jurez of Guatemala; two brothers, Ernesto Jurez of Virginia and Vincente Jurez of Alabama; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will follow the service on Wednesday at the church.
