SWAIN C. HARRISON

LAGRANGE -- Swain Croom Harrison, 95, died Sunday at Britthaven of Goldsboro. Mrs. Harrison was born in Lenoir County to the late William Henry and Lela Waller Croom. She was wife of the late Travis Theodore Harrison and was preceded in death by two daughters, Betsy Russell and Lela Jordan. A lifelong homemaker, she was a member of LaGrange First Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be Monday at 7 p.m. from Rouse Funeral Home with the Rev. Brad Mitchell officiating. Interment will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. from Fairview Cemetery.

She is survived by a daughter, Judith Harrison of Goldsboro; son, Travis Harrison and wife, Beverly, of Mineral, Va.; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Monday following the service and at other times they will be at the home of Judith Harrison, 302 Saddlewood Drive, Goldsboro.
