LAGRANGE -- Funeral services for Fred "Cardell" Joyner, 65, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Rouse Chapel MB Church, LaGrange, with the Rev. Charles H. Kittrell officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, LaGrange.
He is survived by his father, Will Kittrell of LaGrange; mother, Eliza Jones of New Bern; wife, Barbara Joyner of the home; son, Fred Joyner of Washington, D.C.; four sisters, Doris Coleman of Goldsboro, Julia Joyner Jones of New Bern, Ada Kittrell and Wilhemia Walker, both of La-Grange; eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be at LaGrange Funeral Services today from 2 to 8 p.m.
