BENSON -- Robert Mark Britt, 45, died Monday at his home after a long battle with cancer.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Montlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Montlawn Funeral Home, 2911 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh. The family will also be receiving friends at their home prior to services.
A native of Wayne County, Mark was an electrical engineer with Ericsson Inc., at Research Triangle Park and was a graduate of N. C. State University.
Mark is survived by his wife, Linda Jones Britt; daughter, Amanda Britt; son, Daniel Britt, all of the home; mother, Corinne Britt; father and step-mother, Bob and Annie Britt; brother, George Justin Britt and his wife, Lori; and a niece, Amber. Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dr. Archibald Pate and Mary Corinne Willis Pate and Mr. and Mrs. George Robert Britt.
