MOUNT OLIVE -- Phyllis Ann Holloman Faulk, 42, died at her residence Tuesday.
The funeral was held Thursday at Tyndall Funeral Chapel. Visitation followed. At other times, the family will receive friends and relatives at her residence, 498 Bowden Road, Mount Olive. Committal and burial was today at 10 a.m. in the Holloman Family Cemetery near the home.
She was a member of the 1981 graduating class of Southern Wayne Senior High School and a 2003 graduate of James Sprunt Community College. She was employed as a medical assistant with Goshen Medical Center Inc.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Faulk; a son, Kasey Faulk of Mount Olive; a daughter, Nikki Nicole Faulk of Mount Olive; her parents, Leonard and Minnie Lee Brock Holloman of Mount Olive; and three brothers, Milton Ray "Blossom" Holloman and Billy Gray Holloman of Mount Olive and Rickie Nelson Holloman of Goldsboro.
