Funeral services for Ms. Jewel McNeil (Tootie) are scheduled for Wednesday August 30, 2 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, 900 S. George Street, Goldsboro. Pastor H.E. McNair will deliver the eulogy
Ms.. McNeil is survived by one son, Simmon McNeil Blalock Jr., and two daughters, Tasha McNeil and Jessica McNeil, all of Goldsboro. Also, her mother, Mrs. Jessie Parks McNeil of the home; two brothers, Mr. James Edward Wooten, and wife Linda, of Warner-Robin, Georgia, and Mr. Gilbert McNeil and wife, Patricia, of Goldsboro; five sisters, Mrs. Dinah Wyche and husband Clarence, of Ayden, Mrs. Carolyn McQueen of Las Vegas, N.V., Mrs. Jeanie McNeil of Goldsboro, Mrs. Patricia Prince of Goldsboro and Mrs. Linda Robinson of Eagle River, Alaska. Seven grandchildren, one godson, Mr. Samuel Devon Cannon and one goddaughter, Mrs. Robrika Spruill and other nieces, and nephews.
