LAGRANGE -- A graveside service for Bettie Dawson Stewart, 78, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Westview Cemetery. The Rev. Jerry Mitchell will conduct the service.
Mrs. Stewart was a resident of 111 South Congress St., York, S.C. She died Monday at White Oak Manor-York.
The daughter of the late Roland and Bettie Rouse Dawson, she was a homemaker and was of the Methodist faith.
Her survivors include two daughters, Nancy St. Jean of Rock Hill and Vickie Garner of Raleigh; two sons, Russell King of Florida and George King Jr. of Maryland; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 512 North McDuffie Street, Anderson, S.C. 29621.
Rouse Funeral Home is serving the family.
