MARJORIE JOHNSON

Marjorie Todd Johnson, 83, died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Mrs. Johnson was born in Michigan to the late Walter Scott Todd and Sarah M. Taylor Todd and was married to the late John Herman Johnson. She was a United States Navy veteran and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 4 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Drew Clark officiating. Interment, with military honors, will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by two daughters, Joyce Wooten of Goldsboro and Joanie Johnson of Raleigh; one son, John H. Johnson of Charlotte; one sister, Donna Williams of Stanton, Mich.; one brother, Carl Todd of Carson City, Mich.; and three grandchildren, Marjorie Wooten Eason, Graham John Wooten, and John Marvin Wooten.
The family will receive friends at the First Presbyterian Church following the service on Thursday.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
