Nora Forehand Pruden Rhodes, 82, grandmother of Sean Macha of Goldsboro, died Saturday in Pueblo West, Colo.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 16, at 7 p.m. at Freedom Baptist Church in Goldsboro.
Mrs. Rhodes was a native of Gates County, North Carolina. She retired from the Red Cross in Kenneth City, Fla., where she lived for 20 years.
In addition to her grandson, she is survived by three daughters, Debbie Pool of Kenneth City, Fla., Paula Pruden-Macha of Pueblo West, and Teresa Pruden of Taft, Texas; one brother, Richard Forehand of Whaleyville, Va.; and three other grandchildren.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a fund which was established to honor Mrs. Rhodes' love for missions: Mountainview Community Church Missions, P.O. Box 7315, Pueblo West, Colo., 81007.
