KENLY -- Carlotta Joy Richardson, 49, of 627 Lincoln Drive, died Monday at Wilson Medical Center.
The funeral was to be held today at noon at New Daniels Original Free Will Baptist Church in Fremont, with Bishop James Leftwridge officiating. Burial was to be in Rest Haven Cemetery in Wilson.
Mrs. Richardson is survived by her husband, William "Booth" Richardson; two daughters, Tarnetta Jones of Washington, D.C., and LaShawnda Jones of the home; one stepson, Eric Richardson of Kenly; one stepdaughter, Willenscia Richardson of Lucama; her parents, Thurman and Ada Jones of Kenly; three sisters, Margie Gooding of Kinston, Lena Diane Burrell of Washington, D.C., and Wilma Jean Jones of Kenly; and two brothers, James Herman Jones of Wilson and Reggie Jones of Elm City.
The family will receive friends at the home of Thurman and Ada Jones, 8907 Sullivan Road, Kenly.
