ELIZABETH MEADOWS
DEEP RUN -- Elizabeth Turner Meadows, 83, widow of Hearbert Meadows, died Saturday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital in Kinston.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church of Swansboro. The Reverends Gene Turner and Steve Wakefield officiating. Burial will in the church cemetery.
She is survived by one daughter, Carol M. Byrd of Deep Run; one son, Walter M. Meadows of Swansboro; one sister Evelyn T. Bradshaw of Thomasville, Ga.; and seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Pink Hill Funeral Home.
