JACKIE WOODARD
PRINCETON -- Jacqueline Barnes "Jackie" Woodard, 62, died Monday morning at her home.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Lotus Joyner, the Rev. David Hartley and the Rev. Jimmy Earp officiating. Burial will follow in Princeton Cemetery.
She was born September 17, 1941, in Johnston County to Ethel Burdett Barnes Capps of Princeton and the late Ransom Allison "Jack" Barnes.
Mrs. Woodard was a retired water department clerk with the City of Goldsboro, having worked for more than 30 years, and was a member of the Niagara Pentecostal Holiness Church near Kenly.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Isaac A. Woodard; a sister, Joyce Toler and husband, Billy, of Princeton; and brothers, Randy Barnes of Princeton and Donnie Barnes of Four Oaks; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Parrish Funeral Home in Princeton.
