AUGUSTA C. SMITH
PINK HILL -- The funeral for Augusta Catherine Smith will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Smith Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. The Rev. C.D. Pearson will officiate. Interment will be in Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
Mrs. Smith died Thursday at Kinston Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was 81.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Faye Smith Dunlap of Concord and Minnie Moultrie of Pink Hill; one son, Harry Smith of Pink Hill; and 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 4 until 7 at Loftin Funeral Home in Kinston.
