A Mount Olive businessman died in a one-vehicle accident Monday in Lenoir County just south of LaGrange.
Anthony Ray Kelly, 55, was traveling northbound on N.C. 903 in a tractor trailer when he veered off the road to the right, overcorrected and overturned in the road about 12:15 p.m., according to a highway patrol report by Trooper J.F. Rogers. The accident happened about 3 1/2 miles south of LaGrange.
Kelly was wearing a seat belt, and alcohol was not a factor in the accident, according to the report.
Kelly was the owner and operator of Kelly's Wrecker Service in Mount Olive.
