Pizza delivery driver robbed

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is investigating the robbery of a Domino's delivery driver that happened on Thursday.
According to sheriff's reports, the suspects called the restaurant just after 11 p.m. and ordered a pizza and inquired about how much money the delivery driver carried. An employee informed the suspect that the driver carries less than $15. The suspect then called the restaurant several times inquiring about the delivery status of his order.
When the driver arrived along the dead end of Westbrook Road to make the delivery, the suspect was standing in the road, approached the victim's car and pointed a gun to the victim's head and demanded money. The suspect ordered the victim to give him the money out of her purse and then told the victim to leave.
No arrest has been made at this time. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a blue hoodie sweatshirt and black pants. The report indicated $45 in cash was taken.
