Three people are facing charges after members of the Wayne County Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team found them inside a house with firearms and drugs Wednesday.

ACE Team members got information that Jessica Lynn Uzzell, 24, had firearms and drugs inside her home at 117 E. April Lane.

They went to the house, were greeted by the home's occupants and reportedly smelled a marijuana odor emitting from inside.

Deputies detained the people inside the house and got written consent to search inside, a press release said.

There were three women, two men and three small children inside.

Deputies found two firearms -- one of which was reported stolen -- marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

Uzzell was charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Two men inside the home were also charged.

Tyquail D. Price, 17, of 1104 Sunburst Drive, is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

He was given a $90,000 secured bond on the charges.

Islam S. Dove, 18, of the Streets of Goldsboro, is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and parole violation.

Dove was given a $100,000 secured bond on the charges, but was given no bond for the parole violation.

The Department of Child Services was contacted about the three small children and the agency filed a report on the incident.

No additional information on what happened to the children was available by press time.
