Cold, rain chase off weekend warmth

Sunday's high of 73 degrees gave way to rain and falling temperatures overnight.

Commuters woke up Monday morning to more of the same. Today will remain overcast with pockets of rain throughout the day and into the evening, according to the National Weather Service.

The forecast calls for a high of 42 degrees and overnight low of 31.

Tuesday temperatures will rise into the 40s again with only a slight chance of rain.
