Joyce Medeiros bikes down Norlee Drive followed by a few of her neighbors Sunday during a community Christmas parade. People were invited to decorate their bikes, mowers, golf carts or anything else with wheels as they rode around their neighborhood together. Joyce and her husband, Mike, had the idea for a July Fourth parade, and it was so popular that they decided to organize a second parade for the year.
