On Saturday, Oct. 1, at 3:20 a.m., Goldsboro Police Department officers responded to the 300 Block of Olivia Lane regarding a subject being shot. Officer's arrived on scene and located 27-year-old Theo Washington had been shot multiple times. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call Inv. Patelos at 919-580-4217.
