Input sought on needs of Slocumb Street neighborhood

The Goldsboro Community Relations Department will seek community input on current and future needs within the southside Slocumb Street neighborhood during a meeting Thursday night.
The public briefing and input meeting will be from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Eastern Carolina Regional Housing Authority Community Center, at 2114 S. Slocumb St. Light refreshments will be available during the drop-in meeting.
The Community Relations Department is also accepting written comments regarding neighborhood needs. Letters can be sent to the Community Relations Director, Shycole Simpson-Carter, 214 N. Center St., Goldsboro, NC, 27530. The office can be reached at 919-580-4318.
