Habitat for Humanity builds

Habitat for Humanity will hold its first-ever Teacher Build on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. There is a $25 donation required to participate. Lunch and t-shirts will be provided. The home is located at 809 Weaver Drive.
Habitat is also planning a special build starting in LaGrange as part of a State Employees Credit Union Foundation challenge to Habitat affiliates in North Carolina to build at least one home in all 100 counties. This build will be at 305 Spence St. in LaGrange and volunteers will be sought starting Oct. 1.
