Two men allegedly attempted to break in to a private residence Tuesday morning just after 2, and one of the men was subsequently arrested and charged with multiple drug offenses, a report filed with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office says.

According to an incident report, two men were attempting to pry open the back door of a residence on Potts Road in Dudley when a person inside the house called authorities.

The report says the person inside the home said one of the men kept saying he needed to get his medication from inside the house, but would not tell the person inside where the medication was.

One of the men that was arrested in the incident had allegedly stayed at the house at an earlier date after a party due to being intoxicated, and a person that lives at the residence told him he was no longer welcome at the residence.

When deputies arrived on scene, they found the two men described by the caller in the caller's yard and detained them.

According to the report filed on the incident, Antonio Dunquell Braswell, 25, of 611 Rudolph St., and Dontarius Boseman, 27, of Clint Drive, Dudley, were both arrested for the attempted burglary.

After detaining the two men, deputies searched the vehicle the men arrived in due to alleged drug paraphernalia being in plain sight. Deputies reportedly found 9.9 grams of suspected cocaine in the vehicle along with several small, clear, empty baggies. As a result of the incident, Braswell was charged with felony first degree trespassing, felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and first degree trespassing and given a $62,500 secured bond.
