A man was charged with multiple felonious drug offenses over the weekend following a traffic stop at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Marlowe Holmes, 41, of 1406 Olivia Lane, was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver MDMA, felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of heroin, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Holmes was also cited for allegedly driving while impaired, driving while license revoked and having an open container in the vehicle.
"It appears to be in regards to a traffic stop," said Maj. Anthony Carmon with the Goldsboro Police Department. "He had all of this in his possession, either on him or in the vehicle."
Holmes was allegedly in possession of 15 MDMA pills, five grams of cocaine and one gram of heroin. The police report filed on the incident does not specify how much marijuana or methamphetamine Holmes allegedly had in his possession.
According to a police report on the incident, Holmes was arrested at 2700 Wayne Memorial Drive, which is the address of Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Holmes was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $70,000 secured bond. His first appearance in Wayne County Court was held Monday.
